Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from medical professionals, distributors, and sales representatives regarding CRM products and remote monitoring systems via phone, email, and video calls.
- Provide support for the operation and viewing of remote monitoring systems, including checking transmitted data.
- Explain CRM product functions and address inquiries related to ECG operation and electromagnetic interference.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience in administrative, sales, or customer service roles, including phone support.
- Basic PC skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to think independently and collaborate with others.
- Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and experiences.
- Respectful and responsible work attitude.
