About the Role

As an Assistant Manager within the Digital Advisory team, you will contribute to client engagement delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and help drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product information and data-related queries during Dayforce HCM implementation projects.
  • Work alongside implementation consultants to understand client system configurations, data structures, and key integration points.
  • Extract, analyse, map, and transform legacy system data for migration into Dayforce HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Dayforce specifications.
  • Validate transformed data against requirements and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Develop and refine data conversion tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on exporting data, including General Ledger exports and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Support clients with import requirements into Dayforce, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage custom reporting requirements, acting as the go-to resource for technical queries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful HCM and WFM solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, XML, XSLT, and relational databases, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Web Services API functionality, including RESTful and SOAP-based integrations.
  • Ability to design and develop data exports from Dayforce to external systems.
  • Proven ability to support clients in defining and implementing import requirements into Dayforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to recognise and address complex technical challenges, offering practical and innovative solutions.
