About the Role
Tenstorrent is seeking an Early Talent Recruiter to own university and early-career recruiting, shaping school investments, building relationships, and leading hiring for interns, co-ops, and new graduates. This role will build the talent pipeline for Tenstorrent's AI compute future.
Responsibilities
- Own the university and early-career recruiting strategy, including targeted schools, campus calendar, relationships with career centers and student groups, and recruiting events.
- Manage the intern, co-op, and direct new-grad funnels end to end, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and acceptance.
- Partner with engineering managers and Recruiting leadership to define candidate profiles, calibrate performance expectations, and make hiring decisions.
- Build a direct new-grad recruiting motion, maintain ATS discipline, track funnel health, and improve processes.
- Evaluate early-career talent for near-term performance and long-term potential.
- Explain technical work in silicon, RISC-V, AI, and ML software to students and university partners.
- Utilize recruiting data to enhance decisions, candidate experience, conversion outcomes, and hiring manager partnerships.
Requirements
- Owned a full campus recruiting cycle, including school selection, university partnerships, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
- Utilize judgment and influence to partner with hiring managers, challenge assumptions, and maintain a clear hiring bar.
- Work from funnel data and connect measures such as applications, conversions, offer acceptance, and candidate experience to practical decisions.
- Care about students and candidates at every stage, communicating with clarity and respect.
- Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology, subject to U.S. export laws and regulations.
