About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Sales professional for our Secure Power division to propose total solutions that optimize energy management and utilization to end-user customers. This role offers growth potential, with opportunities to move into management or other positions in the mid-to-long term.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers or new areas within existing customers in target industries and markets, and develop sales business strategies and plans.
- Understand customer needs and drive sales activities through solution proposals.
- Build relationships with all influencers, including management and top-level executives of potential customers.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with internal stakeholders to advance sales proposals.
- Products include UPS, racks, air conditioning, power distribution equipment, and software.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Agility to proceed through trial and error.
- High communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills aligned with company strategy.
- Self-leadership and adaptability to change.
- Ability to involve others.
- Proficiency in PC and Microsoft applications.
- Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing).
- Equivalent to a university degree.
