About the Role
The Lead Product Manager will drive MCP & AI Agents Platform initiatives, owning the vision, strategy, and execution for the MCP connector ecosystem and AI Analyst capabilities within the iLEVEL platform. This role involves leading zero-to-one product efforts, building and scaling new product offerings by leveraging AI technologies like agents, agentic workflows, and LLMs. It requires close collaboration with engineering, design, product, data science, marketing, and go-to-market teams to launch new AI products successfully. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role for a hands-on builder at the intersection of AI, customer-centric product development, and financial technology.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for MCP connector ecosystem and AI Analyst capabilities.
- Lead zero-to-one product efforts, building and scaling net new product offerings.
- Leverage AI technologies (agents, agentic workflows, LLMs) to build transformative new products.
- Work closely with engineering, design, product, data science, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
- Drive new AI products to success.
Requirements
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, AI, or other technology-driven environments with a track record of launching and scaling products.
- Strategic and customer-focused thinker capable of developing deep domain expertise, simplifying complex problems, and translating insights into impactful product strategies.
- Strong product operator skilled in agile delivery, product requirements, data-driven decision-making, KPI management, and cross-functional execution.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to align Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams around a shared vision.
- Hands-on AI product builder with experience applying emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and modern AI development tools.
