About the Role
Lead digital media activation for The North Face, shaping performance strategy across international markets, leading a large team of digital specialists, and delivering measurable business impact through innovative media solutions. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, activation, technology, and commercial leadership to drive global brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital media activation across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels to achieve business and performance objectives.
- Serve as the senior strategic partner for the client's digital business, cultivating trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage digital investment strategy and commercial delivery, ensuring strong performance and value creation.
- Collaborate with media partners to identify new opportunities, foster innovation, and drive growth.
- Oversee the quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of digital activation within a team of over 20 specialists.
- Partner with strategy, planning, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital strategy, planning, and activation across paid social, search, and programmatic media.
- Experience leading large teams across different locations and markets.
- Ability to build credibility and influence with senior client stakeholders.
- Commercial expertise, including experience managing investment strategies, partnerships, and business performance.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and people-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of improving processes and outcomes.
