We’re seeking a Recruiting Specialist who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, and monitoring job offers and compensation practices.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
