Responsibilities

  • Complete award-winning training to acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Prioritize safety in all job responsibilities.
  • Adhere to a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness, along with equipment.
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity when interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Act as a problem solver for customers by listening to their needs and recommending effective solutions.
  • Meet with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional offerings.
  • Inspect interior and exterior customer properties.
  • Communicate with customers about actions taken, satisfaction, and pest management programs.
  • Complete all required service documentation using a handheld device.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage route assignments, and interact with customers.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
