About the Role

The Provider is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services, aiming for optimum patient satisfaction. This role requires adaptability to new technologies and protocols in a dynamic practice setting, with the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition. The Provider will deliver outstanding patient service both in-clinic and virtually, maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as needed.
Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description.
Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
Formulate accurate diagnoses by asking situation-specific questions.
Elevate patient care concerns to management as appropriate.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts.
Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.
Analyze and interpret patient data to develop appropriate diagnoses.
Deliver patient-centric care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, both in-patient and virtual.
Pursue telehealth patients in a timely fashion for proper follow-up.
Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
Educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.
Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols.
Complete all mandatory compliance training.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
Responsible for on call periodically throughout the year (Ancillary Providers).
New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner (Level 1).
Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience (Level 2).
Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience (Level 3).
Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience (Level 4).

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable.
DEA required for all providers; may be required within 120 days of practice start if limited by state law.
Must be able to treat all ages.
Must meet credentialing requirements.
DOT certification required for FT and PT Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
