About the Role

As Store Manager, you will promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You will drive operational efficiency and excellent standards by leading and inspiring a high-performing team, while maximizing store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets. Requirements

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
