About the Role

The Site Lead supports the ANZ Lead in delivering integrated workplace and facilities operations across the Marsh ANZ portfolio. The role acts as the primary on-site JLL operational lead for assigned locations, ensuring workplace operations are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with contractual obligations, operational standards, and client expectations. The role is responsible for leading integrated Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) workplace operations, managing service delivery outcomes, coordinating vendors and workplace services, supporting operational governance, and delivering a high-quality workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations to deliver consistent, high-quality workplace experiences.
  • Provide operational guidance to workplace teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Proactively manage workplace requests, operational issues, service escalations, and business continuity matters.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
  • Monitor and support achievement of workplace operational KPIs, service standards, compliance obligations, and customer experience outcomes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, contractor access, workplace inspections, office services, and smart office initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, managing agents, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate delivery of Principal and Managing Agent services including workplace operations, catering, pantry services, transport coordination, mailroom, and security support.
  • Support procurement activities including quotations, purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, expenditure tracking, and vendor performance management.
  • Support vendor performance reviews, contractor compliance activities, and operational service audits.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders, occupants, guests, landlords, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Deliver a customer-focused workplace experience through proactive engagement, workplace events, client functions, and occupancy experience initiatives.
  • Support the ANZ Lead with operational governance activities including MBRs, QBRs, KPI reporting, stakeholder communications, and service delivery reviews.
  • Analyse operational trends and service performance metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional workplace teams, shared services functions, and account leadership to ensure consistency in operational delivery.
  • Coordinate health, safety, environmental, compliance, and risk management activities.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities, contractor compliance, workplace inspections, incident management, corrective actions, and operational risk mitigation activities.
  • Ensure vendors and service providers operate in accordance with contractual obligations, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation, operational records, audit requirements, and contractor certifications.
  • Escalate operational, compliance, financial, or service delivery risks to the ANZ Lead with recommended mitigation actions.
  • Utilise workplace technology platforms including Corrigo, Azara, EMS, OBSI, procurement systems, and security platforms.
  • Prepare operational reporting including workplace utilisation, visitor analytics, EMS reporting, service performance metrics, dashboards, and expenditure tracking and reporting.
  • Support budgeting activities, annual purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, operational reporting, and governance administration.
  • Leverage workplace technologies, operational insights, and reporting tools to improve service delivery, workplace experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and technology-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience within facilities management, workplace operations, hospitality, property management, or corporate services environments.
  • Experience supporting integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations within a corporate or IFM environment.
  • Strong understanding of facilities operations, vendor coordination, procurement, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise workplace technologies and systems to improve operational delivery and efficiencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced operational environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace systems including procurement, EMS, and security platforms – advantage.
