About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first three Enterprise Account Executives at a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing critical infrastructure inspection and management. This role offers significant upside potential through a land-and-expand strategy, with the chance to define how a new market category sells.
Responsibilities
- Own the number for your vertical, managing qualified leads and new wins from source to close.

- Manage the full sales cycle: qualify, build business cases, close deals, and drive expansion within accounts.
- Develop board-ready ROI and risk assessments to secure deals.
- Build out the sales playbook for your sector, including use cases, personas, ROI evidence, and objection handling.
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology for deal management and identify process bottlenecks.
- Own and manage territory plans and forecasts, maintaining CRM accuracy.
- Carry marketing campaigns and partner introductions through to successful wins.
Requirements
- Proven track record of carrying and hitting an enterprise new-business number with six-figure ACV and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience in genuinely self-sourcing pipeline into named accounts cold.
- Ability to build business cases and sell ROI to senior and board-level buyers.
- Experience owning a territory and forecast end-to-end with strong CRM discipline.
- Demonstrated success in growing accounts post-initial sale (land-and-expand).
- Experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
- Comfort navigating technology, cyber, procurement, and executive stakeholders within a single deal.
- Credibility with both on-site engineers and boardroom executives.
- Experience selling into infrastructure, utilities, resources, or regulated industries is beneficial but not essential.
