About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist & Business Services Assistant to join our Sydney office on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our Business Services team, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day running of the office. You’ll help create a professional, welcoming and well-organised environment.
Responsibilities
- Be a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, providing professional and friendly reception support
- Support the day-to-day operation of the office and respond to general business services and facilities enquiries
- Assist with meeting rooms, functions, events and conferences, ensuring spaces are organised and ready to go
- Coordinate office supplies and help ensure shared spaces and facilities are well maintained
- Liaise with building management and internal teams on tenancy, access and security matters as required
- Assist with court filing, document collections, banking and other business services tasks
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider office and Business Services team
Requirements
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- The ability to take initiative, stay organised and adapt when priorities change
- A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Previous reception, administration, office services or customer-facing experience would be highly regarded
- Experience supporting events or conferences would be beneficial
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo background checks
