About the Role
CP One Japan is seeking an HRM Specialist to lead projects related to operational and system changes. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth implementation and operation, supporting decision-making through incentive calculations, data analysis, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Planning, promotion, and progress management of projects related to operations and system changes.
- Coordination, communication, and consensus building with related departments and stakeholders.
- Operation and calculation of incentive programs.
- Information gathering, research, and analysis of internal and external data.
- Maintenance and improvement of data management and reporting infrastructure.
- Providing data analysis and insights for project promotion and decision-making.
- Creating presentation materials, reports, and proposals for management and internal stakeholders.
- Planning and executing measures for business process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Participating in and leading ad-hoc projects necessary for achieving organizational and business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in sales management, sales operations, or back-office functions at a business company.
- Experience in data aggregation, analysis, and dashboard creation using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues from data and propose/execute improvements.
- Direction ability to involve multiple stakeholders (internal/external) and manage operations smoothly.
- Ability to perform administrative and settlement tasks accurately and with a sense of speed.
- High communication and coordination skills to collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Graduation from a 4-year university or higher.
