Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving equipment from all types of trucking
- Store and inventory equipment using Business Central
- Assist in conducting physical inventory
- Identify equipment and store in proper locations
- Handle equipment properly
- Follow coordinator process to release merchandise, ensuring no shipping prior to payment
- Manage logistics quoting and estimates
- Maintain logistics relationships and sourcing
- Attend regular coordinator meetings with Supervisor to forecast incoming containers and outgoing shipments
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when handling equipment in accordance with OSHA recommendations
- Report all issues and inaccuracies to supervisor
- Complete safety certifications including forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, and boom lift
- Work with supervisor to maintain warehouse and other properties
- Perform occasional grounds maintenance, including snow removal
- Assist to oversee regular maintenance and inspections of all warehouse equipment (company vehicles, forklifts, electric jacks, snowblowers, lawnmowers, etc.)
- Ensure all machinery is clean, functional, and safely stored
- Monitor and implement improvements for efficiency
- Attend meetings with other departments and provide updates
- Assist Supervisor with other team management
- Delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow throughout the day
- Manage and inventory all tradeshow assets, including booth structures, displays, and machinery
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and properly package all tradeshow inventory
- Ensure all tradeshow inventory is shipped and received according to dates
- Continuously review tradeshow requirements, schedules, and venue compliance with the team
- Assist with onsite support of tradeshows when needed
Requirements
- Must have Business Central experience
- Must have OSHA recommendations knowledge
- Must have forklift certification
- Must have scissor lift certification
- Must have pallet jack certification
- Must have boom lift certification
