About the Role

The Operations Specialists team assists clients in shaping the future of their operations to achieve strategic goals and deliver sustainable, industry-leading business performance. The team covers the entire value chain from strategy development to implementation and transformation in areas like Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development. We are looking for high-potential candidates with proven track records to join our growing team in Germany.

Requirements

Relevant experience (4-9 years) in one of the Operations topics (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
Proven knowledge of relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services
Strong background in problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
Excellent relationship building skills with clients of all levels
Great team player, Self-directed and willing to take initiative
Willingness to travel
