About the Role

As a chiropractor at LifeClinic, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities, focusing on restoring, maintaining, and optimizing human function and performance. We offer a practice model with 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits, a health-conscious patient base, and primarily cash-based sessions, aiming to avoid insurance complexities. The role includes schedule flexibility once revenue targets are met, supported by a proven blueprint and extensive training.

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor.
Get patients excited to commit to a treatment plan, including presenting financial care plans.
Provide exceptional patient care.
Use LifeClinic’s proven processes.

Requirements

Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations (usually takes 6 months).
Committed to marketing, such as demos of our soft tissue technique.
Excellence with patient communication.
Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience.

Skills

Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
