About the Role

Lead sourcing and procurement activities for onshore wind projects in Japan, managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supporting project execution across the full EPC lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement of wind turbine components and related services.
• Support wind turbine selection and project due diligence activities.
• Manage RFQs, supplier evaluation, and price negotiations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract management with OEMs and vendors.
• Manage key contracts (e.g., EWA, TSA, LTSA, SAA) and logistics agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Technical, EPC, Legal, and Finance.
• Support project financing and technical due diligence processes.
• Establish O&M-related procurement structures prior to handover.
• Identify and manage procurement risks.
• Ensure NDA implementation with suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong supplier sourcing and vendor negotiation experience.
• Contract management and cost optimization capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Professional communication skills.
