About the Role

Pallet is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide leverage to the CEO by owning his calendar, inbox, and follow-through. This role offers a unique opportunity to sit close to the center of the company, observe the development of major initiatives, and be entrusted with significant judgment calls beyond mere logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, including strategic weekly planning and reactive scheduling.
  • Manage and triage the CEO's inbox, drafting responses and ensuring follow-through.
  • Book and manage complex domestic and international travel, including real-time re-routing.
  • Proactively follow up on customer, candidate, and investor communications to ensure confirmation.
  • Prepare meeting materials and pre-reads for external meetings and board sessions.
  • Undertake discrete strategic projects directly for the CEO as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience supporting a founder, CEO, or other executive with a high daily meeting volume.
  • Proven track record of closing open loops independently.
  • Sharp attention to detail in managing calendars, time zones, and travel logistics, especially under pressure.
  • Comfortable making judgment calls regarding competing priorities and protecting executive time.
  • Experience coordinating complex, multi-leg travel, including handling changes and cancellations in real time.
  • Ability to work in person in Pallet's San Francisco office five days a week.
