About the Role

The People & Culture Partner serves as a trusted, strategic advisor to business leaders and teams, bringing together HR expertise and strategic thinking to coach leaders, strengthen teams, and champion company culture and values. This role acts as a visible culture and values ambassador, ensuring the employee experience reflects the company's identity and beliefs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as advisor, coach, and people expert for assigned teams.
  • Lead regular meetings with business leaders on people, culture, growth, and performance priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Assist teams and individuals in navigating change while maintaining focus on core values.
  • Design and lead learning experiences for leader development at all levels.
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and meetings to support team and organizational growth.
  • Shape training strategy across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), leadership development, and individual growth.
  • Lead change management efforts at team, area, and organizational levels.
  • Embody company values in interactions, coaching, and decision-making.
  • Integrate culture, values, and DE&I considerations into all aspects of the employee experience.
  • Design and evolve programs to enhance connection to company culture.
  • Guide career pathing conversations and support performance management, coaching, and Need For Performance Improvement (NFPI) processes.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews and proactive focus groups to identify trends.
  • Lead HR investigations with care, discretion, and fairness.
  • Coach leaders on onboarding plans and performance feedback.
  • Welcome new hires and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
  • Track and analyze people data to inform strategy, including DE&I metrics, turnover, and retention themes.
  • Stay current on future-of-work trends and best workplace practices.
  • Partner closely with Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams.
  • Lead and contribute to key People & Culture initiatives, such as Health & Safety, Development Dialogues, and Employee Pulse Surveys.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Education Level

  • B.A. in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
