About the Role

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, recognizing regulars by name, preference, and needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine, beer brands, liquor, and common cocktail ingredients.
• Inform guests about specialty drinks and answer menu-related questions.
• Maintain cash bank and adhere to established procedures.
• Comply with all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Deliver drink orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Possess at least two years of bartending experience.
• Be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Comfortable with basic math.
• Able to handle money.
• Capable of operating a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
