About the Role

Grow Therapy is dedicated to making mental health care more effective and accessible. This role will own the provider side of our product marketing practice, shaping how provider-facing features are brought to market and driving product adoption. Your work will directly influence how thousands of therapists experience and engage with the tools they rely on to run their practice.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute go-to-market strategy for provider-facing product launches, including positioning, messaging, and supporting collateral.
• Develop and maintain provider segmentation and persona frameworks.
• Translate feature releases into clear, compelling narratives that drive awareness and product adoption among providers.
• Own provider-facing marketing channels and lifecycle touchpoints, coordinating across email, in-product, and community.
• Monitor provider feedback, market trends, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy and product direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at a startup or in a high-growth environment.
• Experience owning GTM end-to-end, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and channel strategy.
• Hands-on experience owning email and in-product marketing channels, including running experiments and analyzing performance data.
• Strong cross-functional partner who leads with curiosity about users and seeks out feedback.
• Healthcare or marketplace experience is a plus.
