About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition, including sending scout emails, and performing data collection and analysis for talent mapping.
- Manage files, provide office support, and assist with employer branding events and documentation.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor and tutor.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Adhere to Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above, with studies completed in Japan.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.
- Interest in the HR field, particularly in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- HR Intern experience is a plus.
- Ability to work and commute to the Osaki (Tokyo) office 2-3 days per week.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a quick learning ability.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages is required.
