About the Role

Weave's AEs need a steady stream of warm, high-quality leads. This role will build an AI-native lead generation foundation from scratch, streamlining regulatory workflows and equipping human experts with AI instruments to bring drugs to patients faster, safer, and more affordably.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic lead gen infrastructure, including workflows, tooling, and automation logic.
• Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools, focusing on warm, network-informed outreach.
• Work with AEs to define and systematize criteria for a 'good lead'.
• Build and iterate on multi-signal targeting models to identify the right buyers at the right time.
• Structure multi-channel campaigns around identified targets and experiment to optimize ORs, CTRs, and CPL.
• Own the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion, investigating and resolving issues.
• Partner with RevOps for clean data handoffs and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Run structured test-and-learn experiments to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in a demand gen, growth, or marketing operations role with a strong technical edge.
• Hands-on experience with Clay and HubSpot, including building workflows.
• Proven ability to build systems, not just run campaigns.
• Data-driven approach to measuring outcomes and making adjustments.
• Strong judgment about lead quality and a seller's mindset.
• Experience selling into or marketing to life sciences, pharma, or biotech audiences is a plus.
