About the Role
MoFo's Technology Transactions Practice Group guides global technology leaders, unicorns, and emerging disruptors through complex technology and intellectual property transactions in cutting-edge industries.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation of licenses of software, technology and content.
- Drafting and negotiation of software and technology development agreements.
- Drafting and negotiation of professional services agreements.
- Drafting and negotiation of manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements.
- Drafting and negotiation of e-commerce, media and entertainment transactions.
- Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.
- Concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- Help to succeed on the team with a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills.
Requirements
- Member of the California Bar (preferred) or other state bar.
