About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at Gallagher Benefit Services, you will be a key player in managing revenue, reporting, forecasting, and financial control. You will collaborate with consultants, operational teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, insightful reporting, and effective decision-making, contributing to the company's mission of building better workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes and maintain revenue data.
• Support revenue recognition and resolve queries.
• Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and management reports.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and analysing revenue trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Partner with consultants and attend operational meetings.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects and improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience in management accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition and billing.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Enjoy collaborating with others.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Comfortable analysing data and presenting insights.
