About the Role

Seyfarth's Global Immigration and Mobility team seeks Business Immigration Analysts (Paralegals) to support client accounts by preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, PERMs, I-140 Preference Petitions, and Adjustment of Status Applications.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Navigate complex technology platforms, updating case development and leveraging reports to manage caseload.
• Review custom reports, initiate and assign cases.
• Identify case issues and propose solutions.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with clients, governmental agencies, and internal/external resources.
• Manage Outlook email inbox.
• Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Business Immigration related experience or demonstrated interest in Business Immigration.
• Experience preparing H-1B, L-1, and PERM applications, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in client communication, teamwork, and case management platforms.
