About the Role

Lead day-to-day delivery of client implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Own project plans, RAID logs, and change logs, ensuring alignment between client expectations, scope, timeline, and quality. Manage multiple client implementations concurrently, collaborating with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide client implementations through the full lifecycle: kickoff, discovery, configuration, data load, dashboards, training, go-live readiness, and hypercare transition.
• Translate signed-off scope into a baselined plan with clear milestones, owners, and dates; track delivery against the project RACI.
• Maintain the RAID log, action log, and change log; hold the team and client accountable to dates; manage scope through proper change governance.
• Coordinate with the design lead to ensure scope, timelines, and signoff are well managed, and follow technical details to identify gaps or risks.
• Attend client meetings and deliver regular status updates, tailoring messages and flagging issues before escalation.
• Maintain standard PM templates and documentation, and feed lessons learned back into Amplify's implementation methodology.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management, ideally in SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise software implementations.
• Proven client-facing delivery experience, managing external stakeholders alongside internal teams.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and different time zones (AU/US/UK).
