About the Role
Supporting New Product Introduction and Legacy production builds in Austin, Texas, this role involves resolving manufacturing-related issues and providing technical support on circuit card assembly and form factor assembly operations. The position is onsite and requires up to 90% of time spent on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Supporting New Product Introduction and Legacy production builds
- Resolving manufacturing-related issues
- Providing technical support on circuit card assembly and small to large form factor assembly operations/builds
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline (e.g., mechanical/electrical engineering or engineering technology)
- 7+ years in Manufacturing engineering
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Capability to work with current computer applications, CAD programs, and model manipulation
- Ability to solve technical problems requiring a professional level of engineering knowledge and manufacturing processes
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience interfacing with customers (both internal and external)
