About the Role

Lead ARN's AI capability roadmap by identifying, shaping, and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities that support strategic business objectives. Manage the AI Incubator, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI pilots from ideation and business case development through to execution, measurement, and recommendation. Deliver AI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and present insights, progress, and recommendations to leaders and governance forums. Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Productivity, and the broader business to design AI solutions that solve genuine business challenges. Scale successful AI pilots into secure, compliant production solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, and risk requirements. Design and deliver AI literacy, training, and engagement programs that build capability and support responsible AI adoption across ARN. Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors, providing evidence-based recommendations that align with technology standards and business priorities. Lead ongoing AI support and operational activities, ensuring platforms and services remain effective, secure, and reliable.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions, pilots, or transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in AI solution design, use case development, prompt engineering, and large language model (LLM) technologies.
  • Hands-on technical capability in Python and/or C++, with experience prototyping, integrating, and validating AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI, workflow automation, and translating business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, governance forums, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering AI adoption, training, or change initiatives.
  • Sound understanding of AI governance, privacy, security, and risk management within enterprise environments.
  • A strategic, innovative, and commercially focused mindset with a passion for leveraging AI to create business value.
