About the Role
The Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities to disrupt financial crime and deliver on regulatory obligations. This role supports the execution of strategic Financial Crime Compliance initiatives, simplifying changes for people and customers by educating, enabling, and embedding financial crime awareness across the business. The team values trust, flexibility, transparency, and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective delivery of Crew change solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure change outcomes are achieved.
- Deliver change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the business, associated people risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Proactively contribute to the development of Crew and squad change objectives and success measures.
- Design and develop change collateral as required.
- Lead and facilitate key engagements, including change workshops and end-user training.
- Enable required capability/skill transfer for the change.
- Transition change into business as usual, monitoring progress, adoption, and sustainability using metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to crew delivery teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven change and communications experience at a manager level.
- Experience managing complex change initiatives across a matrix organization.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex organizational contexts.
- Experience leading the design and coordination of hands-on training and support modules.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Financial Crime experience and knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
- Change management or Project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
