About the Role
Flexport is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the vision and roadmap for a critical product area serving clients and operators in global logistics. You will ship features that drive business outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems at scale within Flexport's platform, which powers every stage of global freight.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product features that improve key commerce workflows for internal operators and clients across Flexport's platform
- Own product area end-to-end, building and executing product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months
- Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- Collaborate across a global footprint with engineering teams in the West Coast US and China, participating in regular cross-border syncs
- Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and identify opportunities
- Develop analytics frameworks to track product health, user engagement, and business outcomes
- Contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy, with opportunities to shape the future of the platform
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, or other domain-relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months working closely with an engineering team and cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with complex datasets, building metrics frameworks, and using data to make decisions
- SQL proficiency required
- A track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains
- Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows
- Ability to collaborate deeply with designers, engineers, and commercial or operations teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization
