About the Role
The Service Advisor is the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers, responsible for assisting with service and maintenance needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with their vehicles and the dealership. We are seeking passionate, customer-service-oriented individuals to join our high-performing service department.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly on the service drive and in the lobby
- Obtaining accurate customer and vehicle information
- Reviewing vehicle repair history
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance
- Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establishing a method of payment
- Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
- Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers regularly
- Answering customer's phone calls and emails with the highest level of response and attention
Requirements
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
