About the Role

As a Guest Service/Sales Associate at European Wax Center, you play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your upbeat and friendly demeanor, coupled with your sales acumen, ensures that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on all of our wax pass options, current promotions, the benefits of waxing regularly and prebooking.
• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of EWC including our retail line.
• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times.
• Address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk & lobby area, upholding brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments.
• Must be able to communicate with others and accept constructive feedback.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in activity frequently as the business requires.
• Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Can demonstrate proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
