About the Role
The Manager of Enterprise Analytics & Strategy serves as a key analytical resource for high-priority, time-sensitive strategic and financial questions from the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. This role focuses on translating complex financial and market data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound analytical requests from the ELT and Board under tight timelines.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses for strategic topics including organic growth, capital allocation, and cost structures.
- Integrate internal financial data with external market intelligence for competitive benchmarking and industry context.
- Partner with FP&A functions to incorporate functional inputs into enterprise-level scenario frameworks.
- Support finance-wide initiatives and policy development.
- Manage the enterprise long-range model, including annual refreshes and ongoing scenario planning.
- Translate complex financial findings into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare CFO-ready briefing materials that anticipate questions and surface key risks.
- Maintain consistency with management reporting views and non-GAAP frameworks.
- Apply structured, hypothesis-driven thinking to ambiguous business problems.
- Proactively identify and resolve analytical gaps or data quality issues.
Requirements
- Strong financial modeling skills including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-priority requests.
- High analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A.
- Experience integrating external market data with internal financial data.
- Comfortable with an on-site presence.
