About the Role
Registry Officers work autonomously and within a team to provide complex and high-quality administrative services throughout the courts in a fast-paced, high-pressure yet enjoyable workplace.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external clients by providing high-quality client services, responding to inquiries on routine procedural matters accurately, clearly, courteously, and timely via face-to-face, phone, or in writing.
- Record actions taken and follow up where required.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the courts.
- Prepare files, courts, and correspondence for Court.
- Process court documents, including subpoena material and exhibits, and court outcomes to ensure rules and requirements are met.
Requirements
- Proactive, self-motivated professional with broad administration and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Appointments are subject to reference checks.
- Requires a National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014.

- Clerk Grade 1/2 $78,000 to $84,799pa. + super + leave loading
