About the Role
As a member of the Retail and Merchandise team, you will elevate the fan experience at Real Sports Apparel by creating individualized, seamless, and engaging interactions for fans and employees.
Responsibilities
- Attain sales budgets, UPT, and sales per hour goals
- Greet fans enthusiastically and assist with purchases
- Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries
- Maintain neat and attractive merchandise displays
- Stock and restock shelves and conduct inventory counts
- Maintain store cleanliness at all times
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Operate POS cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
- Participate in REAL training
- Attend weekly coaching sessions and daily meetings
- Perform administrative or service functions as required
- Adhere to company service standards and policies
- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Self-starter with a sense of accountability
