About the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital will co-develop the overall strategy and drive business on olehenriksen.com, TikTok Shop, and Amazon, delivering against sales targets and platform KPIs. This role requires strategic thinking, business driving capabilities, strong leadership, people management, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop annual plan with a clear vision for the overall digital business and strategic direction for each digital channel.
  • Drive short and long-term strategies for site and digital platforms to meet and exceed budget.
  • Communicate strategy and build relationships with key cross-functional teams to bring 360-degree activations to life.
  • Support the budget planning and revision process.
  • Lead presentation preparation for management meetings.
  • Build partnerships with digital platform partners to maximize working relationships and deliver on sales goals.
  • Manage gross to net sales line items, sampling, and build/deliver yearly, monthly, and daily sales strategies including promotions and discounting.
  • Oversee development and management of channel calendars and plans, working with cross-functional partners to support execution.
  • Oversee management of channel assortments to maximize productivity and in-stocks while minimizing inventory liability.
  • Partner closely with Merchandise Planning to ensure inventory buys meet or exceed plan and secure adequate inventory for promotions and sampling programs.
  • Drive on-platform merchandising, key campaigns, and ongoing category management for each channel, optimizing sales performance while maintaining brand vision.
  • Own daily sales and daily order forecasting for channels, aligning with Merchandise Planning on any discrepancies.
  • Oversee content process for digital platforms, including creative briefs, feedback on creative assets, QA testing, and assuring error-free content is loaded on time.
  • Own and continuously optimize the full online shopping journey, identifying opportunities through web metrics and competitor analysis.
  • Partner with Product to resolve site bugs, devise development roadmap, and prioritize site enhancements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the customer journey.
  • Partner with warehouse operations and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and an on-brand client experience.
  • Provide weekly sales recaps, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis, focusing on plans to build opportunities or minimize risks.
  • Stay current on innovations in digital and ecommerce technology and identify opportunities to drive the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of digital/ecommerce experience with a strong understanding of digital/ecommerce best practices.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to own and drive projects with limited direction and make good judgment calls.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and work well with cross-functional partners.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Asana, Google Analytics, Shopify, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
