About the Role

As an AI Transformation & Enablement Partner, you will identify, shape, and deliver AI-enabled business transformation opportunities across LexisNexis APAC. This role embeds within business functions to partner with leaders and teams, driving improvements through AI, process redesign, and innovation. You will gain exposure to strategic priorities while helping teams rethink processes, improve productivity, and accelerate AI solution adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and teams across multiple business functions to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze end-to-end workflows, processes, and operating models to identify opportunities for AI augmentation, automation, or redesign.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and process assessments.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of AI transformation opportunities across APAC.
  • Evaluate use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and complexity.
  • Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Work closely with technology, data, project delivery, and operational teams.
  • Support vendor evaluations and build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and risk frameworks.
  • Act as an AI ambassador across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Challenge traditional ways of working and encourage innovation.
  • Help leaders and teams adopt new processes and technologies.
  • Improve AI literacy and capability across business functions.
  • Support implementation activities, pilots, and rollouts.
  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor adoption, impact, and realised business value.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives across additional teams.
  • Share best practices and reusable approaches across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, digital transformation, or consulting initiatives.
  • Strong process design and process architecture capability.
  • Experience analyzing and redesigning workflows and operating models.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN) or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project, program, or change management experience.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Understands how AI can be applied to business processes and ways of working.
  • Exposure to AI tools and platforms.
  • Experience identifying real-world AI use cases and driving adoption within business teams.
