About the Role
The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional programs at The Zebra, bringing structure and momentum to high-priority strategic initiatives and ensuring team alignment and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
- Build program frameworks including roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and decision logs
- Partner with executive sponsors and functional leads to align priorities and remove blockers
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive accountability across teams and escalate when needed to keep initiatives on track
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efforts to build better ways of working
Requirements
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology company
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
- Strong ownership mindset required
