About the Role
A private family is seeking a Hospitality & Service Coordinator to deliver polished, thoughtful, and highly personalized service across their residences, entertaining, and travel. This hands-on service role requires exceptional awareness, high attention to detail, precision, timing, discretion, and anticipatory intelligence, ideally formed in elevated hospitality environments.
Responsibilities
- Personally provides meal and beverage service for Principals and guests at residences, aircraft, and events.
- Serves as the primary hospitality point of contact during gatherings and daily service periods.
- Maintains active awareness of preferences, rhythms, and expectations to deliver proactive, intuitive hospitality.
- Ensures all Principal and guest requests are fulfilled promptly and communicated clearly across teams.
- Directs service flow during high-visibility moments and complex service environments.
- Leads on-site execution of Principal events across properties.
- Provides real-time leadership and oversight of Hospitality Assistant(s), special event service staff, and temporary teams during events.
- Directs on-site coordination of vendors, rentals, and event partners.
- Executes event design and tabletop planning.
- Captures guest preferences, service notes, and operational insights for future planning.
- Oversees day-to-day execution of Principal closet readiness.
- Maintains closet protocols and coordinates with estate teams to maintain wardrobe inventories.
- Assists with special events and on-camera wardrobe logistics.
- Ensures service items, tabletop elements, and entertaining materials are accurately inventoried, prepared, maintained, and presentation-ready.
- Maintains communication for All Property stock check lists for homes and jets.
- Manages updates and changes to stock lists.
- Leads management of food costs across all properties.
- Oversees day-to-day wine service presentation and beverage.
- Works with estate teams to ensure up to date inventory and adequate supply.
- Procures wine from cellar for the gifting department.
- Coordinates with the Grounds Manager and Culinary Manager for harvesting of goods.
- Maintains proper inventories to reflect current available products for properties and gifting purposes.
- Documents and tracks proper fur maintenance, storage, and seasonal inventories.
- Documents luggage movements and inventories with proper conditioning and maintenance.
- Assists with jewelry collection maintenance and tracking.
- Coordinates with flight crews to ensure onboard service meets established standards and expectations.
- Conducts travel advances to prepare hospitality environments ahead of Principal arrival.
- Ensures hospitality standards are met and properly executed during Principal travel.
- Provides coaching, modeling, and real-time service guidance to Hospitality Assistant(s).
- Supports training initiatives to maintain consistent hospitality standards across properties.
- Reinforces service protocols established by the Director of Personal Services.
- Ensures consistency of service experience across residences and travel environments.
Requirements
- Requires discretion, polish, anticipation, and the ability to confidently represent the household in direct interaction with Principals, guests, vendors, and affiliated entities.

- $40-$45/hour ($83,200-$93,600 base equivalent + Overtime)
