- Research the marketing technology landscape and recommend strategic investments, consolidations, or changes.
- Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new digital products and features.
- Manage workflow meetings for cross-functional digital projects, ensuring alignment across design, content, and technology.

- Build and steward clear intake, prioritization, and status-reporting processes for leadership.
- Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Partner with Legal, Technology, Marketing, Investor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams to align digital operations with business priorities.
- Communicate digital product progress, platform launches, and vendor performance to senior stakeholders.
- Set the standard for digital operations excellence and hold internal teams and external partners accountable.
Requirements

- Experience presenting digital concepts to senior stakeholders.
- An operator who demands excellence and takes ownership beyond the defined role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent project plans and prioritize under ambiguity.
