About the Role
Seeking a clinically driven, relationship-oriented General Dentist to join an established dental practice in Taylor, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to start part-time (2-3 days/week) with the expectation of growing into a full-time schedule within approximately 12 months. The practice has served the community for over 40 years and is entering a new phase of growth with group ownership, offering potential for modernization and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bread-and-butter dentistry.
- Expand clinical capabilities in restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, oral surgery, and implant dentistry.
- Perform comprehensive treatment planning.
- Undertake additional procedures based on incoming doctor's experience and interests.
- Build relationships with the existing patient base.
- Grow practice schedule as patient demand increases.
Requirements
- Comfortable providing high-quality bread-and-butter dentistry.
- Willingness to expand clinical capabilities.
