About the Role
Seeking a Software Developer (Technical Lead) responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level software applications for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) customer data from multiple internal and external platforms.
- Ensure real-time synchronization and smooth data movement between systems, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms.
- Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to maintain a Golden Record for each customer.
- Standardize and clean customer data to ensure consistency, eliminate duplicates, and enforce data governance policies.
- Implement automated data tracking, validation, and enrichment processes for accurate, up-to-date customer data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with business applications and provide actionable insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards for monitoring data quality, trends, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of data management platforms using Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- Requires a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience.
- Experience as a Lead Software Engineer is acceptable.
- In lieu of above, will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 5 years of experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof.
