Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Manage all building security needs, including maintaining card access and security camera systems.
- Provide oversight and selection of subcontracted work.
- Establish and communicate health and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Possess full technical knowledge of facility systems and preventative maintenance practices.
- Collaborate and coordinate with management staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support development or improvement of existing and future facility projects.
- Perform routine building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing repair, HVAC service, and grounds keeping.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

- Must pass a physical examination.
Skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple activities.
- Good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Handle basic maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during shift.
Experience Level
- 5 years related work experience
- Experience in industrial/commercial equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, security and computer systems.
