Responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Manage all building security needs, including maintaining card access and security camera systems.
Provide oversight and selection of subcontracted work.

Experience in industrial/commercial equipment maintenance and repair
Experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, security and computer systems.
