About the Role
The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S. This role supports the Amex Offers Digital Media (AODM) team, focusing on risk identification and assessment within business unit processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and Amex policy. The objective is to manage inherent and residual risk, embedding control management into daily operations through collaboration across multiple business units, functional areas, and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and report on risk within business unit processes for US Consumer Services.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and Amex policy.
- Enhance Business Unit resilience through managing a clear methodology of inherent and residual risk.
- Ensure control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Collaborate extensively with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.
