About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions provides commercial cleaning for clients in the Round Rock area. The building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
• Clean offices/work areas, empty trash and replace liners, and clean windows/windowsills.
• Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms, ensuring facilities are sanitary and stocked.
• Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.
• Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and be very detailed.
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s directions.
• The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repeating cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs.
