About the Role

Support leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry, assisting with key business operations and delivering high-quality client support under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support client leads across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships.
  • Oversee fund operations, review financial reporting activities, and ensure compliance with partnership agreements and reporting requirements.
  • Manage capital calls, distributions, investor communications, and other key fund administration processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, and stakeholders while handling client inquiries and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Drive process improvements, prioritize competing responsibilities, and mentor junior team members to support team success.

Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience in private equity, public accounting, or alternative investment fund accounting.
  • Possess strong technical and analytical expertise in alternative investment fund accounting, administration, and financial systems.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership, team development, and collaboration skills while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, communicate professionally, and effectively manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Investran.
  • Adaptable to demanding workloads as needed.
