Join our elite sales team at Land Rover San Francisco, an iconic luxury brand. We are seeking a relationship-first sales professional who leads with honesty and creates memorable guest experiences. No automotive experience is required; we hire for character, hospitality, and drive.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth, understanding their needs before presenting options.
- Guide guests through the Land Rover lineup, connecting brand capabilities and stories to buyer needs.
- Present vehicles and conduct test drives that showcase the Land Rover experience.
- Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM usage.
- Collaborate with finance and management to ensure a transparent purchase experience.
- Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores.
- Stay current on Land Rover's lineup, technology, and EV/PHEV offerings.
- Represent Land Rover San Francisco and Swickard's hospitality standard in all guest interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, financial services, or another consultative client-facing role strongly preferred.
- Polished, professional presence suitable for high-net-worth individuals.
- Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity.
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow earnings and career.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A genuine hospitality mindset.
