About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Housekeeper for our resident facilities. This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationships with staff and residents. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.

Responsibilities

Performs general cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas
Follow established policies governing infection control
Maintain an organized work area and keep the department in compliance with OSHA safety standards
Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates the community hospitality promises towards residents, families, associates and vendors
Other related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary or as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

Must be able to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8 hour workday.
